Overview

Nurse Managers: Each facility is managed by an RN that assumes responsibility and accountability for the provision of care for all patients at the dialysis unit where assigned.

Registered Nurses:  The staff nurse will function in conjunction with the Nurse Manager to provide professional nursing services to our patients.  An RN is on sight at all time.

Licensed Practical Nurses:  The LPN will assist the RN to provide nursing care to patients. They will work in conjuction with the Patient Care Tech to provide therapy and assess patient condition.

Patient Care Technicians: The Patient Care Technician will function as an assistant to the Registered Nurse by performing care duties associated with dialysis and assisting and documenting patient condition.  All techinicians are nationally certified.

Unit Clerks: The Unit Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to staff of the dialysis unit.

Biomedical Technician: The Biomedical Technician works in conjuction with the Support Services Coordinator to maintain quality and safety related to machine and water maintenance. 

Social Worker: The Social Worker ensures a patient's financial state, provides initial psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counceling, and education to the patient and their families.

Dieticians:  The Renal Dietician coordinates the nutriional aspects of care for the patients and provides staff education related to patient dietary issues.

Support Services Coordinator:  The Support Services Coordinator is responsible for the non-clinical oversight which supports patient care activities.  This includes biomedical oversight, materials management, and project development.

Administrator:  The Administrator is directly responsible to the Board of Managing Directors for all administrative and operational aspects of the organization.
